In some cases, individuals change jobs or locations and in turn, obtain a new email address. To continue receiving emails for course releases, registration, and order emails, you may consider this change.
Please note: Email address changes and/or updates to existing ProValens Learning Accounts require manual intervention from our support team. We strongly recommend NOT updating your existing account email address with a new email address as it can break your account. If you absolutely need to change your email address on your account because you do not know the password, please contact our support team.
